ABOUT BULGARIA
Bulgaria's natural landscape is full

Bulgaria has existed for more than 13 centuries
in Southeast Europe. This country has an important

between the West and the East.
Marked by four distinct seasons, Bulgaria enjoys
a generally favourable climate that is one of the
country's best features where summers are typically
hot and dry.

of works from self-taught old masters to modern
painters in the art galleries; with classical concerts
and folklore song-and-dance festivals.
The eastern Bulgarian coast is washed

forests and numerous mineral springs which. All

by the modern resorts of Zlatni Piassatsi (Golden
Sands), Albena, Roussalka, Riviera, Slanchev Den
(Sunny Day), St.Konstantin and Elena. If you admire
natural beauty and historical places you will be
charmed by the Balchik Botanical Garden or the museum
at Kaliakra horn. The wonderful Balchik Botanical
Garden consists of ten hectares surrounding the
small summer palace of the Romanian Queen Marie.
(The area was part of Romania between 1913 and 1940).
The pretty villa has the unusual addition of a minaret,
which have been built for the Turkish Queen.
In the gardens therea are about 3000 plant species
of which over 250 cacti. This astonishing collection
of cacti makes the collection of Balchik Garden
Europe's second most important collection.
SOUTHERN BLACK SEA COST
The Bulgarian Southern Black Sea cost is characterized
by picturesque bays, magical rocks, spacious beaches
with sand dunes and a warm sea . The wonderful nature
combination with modern construction create the
unbelievable magic of the holiday villages of Elenite,
Sunny Beach, Nessebur and Sozopol.
